1. TKO Transmission. Every TKO transmission is a brand new unit that is precision built by the Tremec Corporation. Tremec has an exceptional reputation for quality control and the TKO delivers excellent out-of-the-box performance. The TKO line of transmissions feature the following benefits:

   • Three available overdrive ratios available with up to a 36% reduction in final gear cruising RPM’s.
   • Torque capacities up to 600 ft/lbs.
   • Multiple shifter locations for various console applications.
   • Bolts directly to most GM bellhousings.
   • Billet aluminum, short throw shifter.
   • Electric and mechanical speedometer pick ups.
   • 26 spline input and 31 spline output shafts for increased torque capacity.
   • Upgraded transmission internals for strength and longevity.
   • All unmodified transmissions come with a 180 day warranty from Tremec (from date of purchase).
     
     
2. Crossmember. Each crossmember or crossmember bracket is custom built specifically for your application. Each tubular crossmember features mandrel bent, .120” wall 1020 carbon steel tubing, CNC laser cut flanges, precision TIG welding, installation hardware, and a chassis black, powder coated finish. These are direct bolt-in units that require no modifications to your car or transmission.
   
   
3. Shifter. The stock Tremec shifter built by Hurst, is a high quality unit that works very well for most applications that require a straight stub shifter. For cars that require an “offset” shift handle position for certain console applications, we offer various low-profile, offset shifters. With the ability to set your shift stick at almost any location, this shifter will achieve stock handle placement when using a center console for the following cars:  1967-81 Camaros & Firebirds, 1964-67 Chevelles, and 1962-72 Chevy II/Nova’s.
   
   
4. Transmission mount. For the majority of our kits we offer a polyurethane mount by Energy Suspension. These mounts offer longer life and durability than the rubber style mounts. When appropriate, we offer a stock rubber replacement style mount.
   
   
5. Speedometer cable/adapter. All of our speedometer cables come with an integrated adapter and the correct driven gear for your application. Each cable is built using premium quality cables and housings and is pre-lubricated for smooth operation. We also have convenient electric and speedometer hook up kits available.
   
   
6. Driveshaft. Each driveshaft is custom built by Inland Empire Driveline for Classic Motorsports Group. With over 20 years of experience, Inland is a recognized leader in custom driveshaft design and building. Built from 1026 drawn tubing which is stronger, straighter, and rounder than cold rolled tubing common in original equipment, each unit is built on patented equipment that insures a centerline of rotation based on the shaft’s universal joints which allows run-out tolerances of ½ or less than those recommended by OE manufacturers and provides greater accuracy in shaft balancing resulting in smoother operation throughout all RPM ranges. Additionally, we use premium Spicer slip yokes and u-joints. All Inland steel driveshafts are accepted by NHRA for competition in categories including stock eliminator. At your request, we also offer aluminum or composite material driveshafts for special use applications.
   
   
7. Clutches, flywheels, and scattershields. For all of our clutch related components we exclusively offer LUK and McLeod brands. As a manufacturer for many OEM applications LUK is a great option for low-moderate HP cars. Since 1971, McLeod has earned the best reputation in the clutch/flywheel industry for quality, consistency, and new product innovation. From their exclusive, scattershields to their dual performance clutch kits, and precision billet flywheels, all of the McLeod components offered by Classic Motorsports Group are SFI approved parts that are built to exacting standards.
   
   
8. Installation instructions/information. To help you with your installation, we include a comprehensive installation manual. Additionally, we include all of the specialty hardware you will need to save unnecessary trips to the parts store. Furthermore, we are always available by phone for your tech and installation related questions.
   
   
9. Extended warranty. An additional 6 month warranty from Classic Motorsports Group on all kit components. Warranty is effective for six months from date of purchase. Some restrictions apply.
